Baojing Bái Jiǔ
Baojing Bái Jiǔ, the traditional “white spirit” of China, is
carefully hand-crafted following ancient production
methods of the Northern provinces. Only the best
Gaoliang grain may become the solid mash used for
distillation. The resulting spirit is slowly matured for
12 months exclusively in terra cotta pots that allow the
spirit to breathe as it ages. Each small batch of Baojing
then undergoes unique filtration through 168 carats of
diamonds. The number 168 symbolically represents
“being on the road to infinite prosperity” in Chinese
custom. Savor Baojing Bái Jiǔ with mixers like orange
juice, cranberry juice and tonic,or enjoy it neat, in a
martini, or in a sour.
